I often see this on English signs in Japan. The list of items in the middle of the advertisement is made up of a noun, an adjective, and a verb. It would make a much better list if they were all the same part of speech (品詞), especially if they were all nouns. For example:

There are two mistakes here: This store sells drugs, plural, not only one drug! The second word is, correctly, in its plural form, but it’s not spelled correctly; there shouldn’t be a “k” in it.
Of course, there are other times when that sound is spelled with a “k”, such as “stick”, “slick” and “tick”. “Tick” is the sound a bomb makes before it explodes! But I think we’re safe from the cosmetics!

This is simply a spelling mistake, but it’s a funny one. The name of the fish is “sea bream”, but “sea dream” sounds good for making the fish sound wonderful, doesn’t it?

New! The newness of our products got old, so we made it newer!
This slogan just seems odd. “Renewal” has “new” in it already, so it seems strange to describe “new” with “new”. We should use a different word, to tell us something else about the renewal. Here are some ideas:

X Japanese’s souvenir
Tim says:
Everything on this shelf, together, makes one souvenir? And that souvenir belongs to… “Japanese.” All Japanese people? Or a person whose name is “Japanese”?
Obviously, that’s not the intended meaning of this sign. The adjective “Japanese” already describes “souvenir”, so the ‘s isn’t needed. But an s is needed at the end, because there are many souvenirs on this shelf.

This sign has some grammar problems.
The adverb “always” should be used before the verb.
The word modifying the verb “use” should also be an adverb. So “cleanly”, not “clean”.
What is being used? “Use” is a transitive verb (他動詞), so there must be an object. For example, “this restroom.”
“Thank you for always using this restroom cleanly” is a correct sentence grammatically, but I don’t think it’s very natural. In America, this sign would say:
O Thank you for keeping this restroom clean.

“Until” is used when you’re showing when something ends. “It’s free until 5 p.m.” is correct. Of course, this sign can’t change with the clock, so it should say for how long the parking lot is free.
“I would like you…”?? Who is “I”? Even though this message is signed, it seems a bit strange here.
In Japanese, 「ビルディング」is shortened to 「ビル」, but “building” can’t be shortened to “bill” (or “buil”). “Bill” is a man’s name!
Also, Japanese are often taught to write Japanese words in ALL CAPITALS when writing English, but it seems strange to native speakers. Writing in all capitals is usually done to emphasize something, not to identify foreign words.

X There are no bicycle parking lots in our building. Further to the west of our building, there will be a bicycle parking lot of Tachikawa municipal management.
Tim says:
There are several mistakes here. First of all, no one would expect to find a bicycle parking lot IN the building!
Secondly, “there will be” implies the future. It seems to mean that a bicycle parking lot will be built in the future, but is not there now.
Finally, rather than “of… management”, it would be better to say “under”.
O Our building has no bicycle parking lots. To the west of our building there is a bicycle parking lot under the management of the city of Tachikawa.
