It looks like they couldn’t decide which verb was better for this sign, “take” or “choose”. (The “one” it refers to is which type of “naan” bread to order with your curry!) But I think the verb is not the biggest problem here. “Your one” is pretty strange regardless.
Here are a couple of more natural phrases — you can choose which one you like!
O Take your pick! O Choose the one you want!

takeを使うか、chooseを使うか、迷ってしまったようです。
take one’s pickという言い方があるので、こちらの動詞を使うか、または「選ぶ」の意味でchooseまたはpickのどちらかを使うべきでしょう。
また、your oneではなんのことだか・・・
oneを使うのであれば、それを特定する必要があり、the one you want/likeなどとする必要があります。
