X The Time Required from This Station (About-Minutes)

Of course, actually it takes “about 30 minutes”. Literally, the translation of 「単位：約分」 should be “Unit: Approximate minutes”. But that also sounds a bit strange in English. An “approximate minute” isn’t really a unit, just like an “about-minute” isn’t.
More natural English would be to put “approximate” at the beginning. Take it out of the parenthesis. Also, I think it’s obvious that the times are from this station; instead, let’s say that the times are to each station shown on the chart.

「単位」として「約分」。日本語としては理解できます。
これをそのまま直訳したのが “About – Minutes”
ハイフンの部分に数字が入ります！との気持ちはわかります。そしてこの英訳を考えた方の苦しんだ様子も想像できるのですが、、、英語としては不自然。
「約」というとすぐに副詞の about が思い浮かびます。
少しフォーマルにするとapproximatelyが同様に使えますが、ここでは形容詞approximateを使ってapproximate time required … とするのが自然でしょう。
単位が「分」であることを言うのなら “in minutes” が適切。
ところで単位を表す前置詞には、”in” と “by” があります。
Eggs are packed in dozens.（１ダースずつに包装されている）
Eggs are sold by the dozen.（１ダースで値段が決められている）
あらためて考えると、この使い分けは結構難しい。。。
in の後には複数形、by の後には the＋単数形、なんて言うよりも上の例文を10回ずつ音読！が早いかも知れません。
