This is simply a spelling mistake, but it’s a funny one. The name of the fish is “sea bream”, but “sea dream” sounds good for making the fish sound wonderful, doesn’t it?

X smoke salmon
こう書くと、「smoke」は命令になって、「鮭を燻してください」という意味になります。（それか、「鮭を（タバコみたいに）吸って」という意味ですかね？）
実は、この鮭は燻されたので、英語にすると、動詞の過去分詞が形容詞になった言葉を使います：
