At first I noticed the misspelling of “Brazilian”, because that was on the big sign in front of the shop, too. But this other sign in the window revealed an even bigger mistake!
Changing the “r” to an “l” completely changes the meaning. Instead of getting your 眉毛 waxed, suddenly we have the mental image of getting wax blown into your eye! That sound pretty uncomfortable! Even painful!
Keep in mind that the vowel sound (母音) in “brow” (“brau”) is different from the one in “blow” (“bloh”).
